- You receive a written audit report: A plain-language report covering what is working, what is not, and a prioritised action list. Delivered within five business days. The report is yours to keep regardless of who does the work
- We present your strategy plan (Strategy tier): Strategy, and Strategy + Support clients get a second meeting where we walk through the findings and hand over a 12-month roadmap with clear guidance on who should do what
