1 The Free Consultaiton

It starts with a conversation. John sits down with you, either in person or over a video call, to understand your business, your goals, and where things currently stand. There’s no pitch, no pressure, and no jargon. He’s trying to understand what’s actually going on so he can figure out what would genuinely help. He’ll ask about your customers, your competitors, what’s working, and what’s not. By the end of this session you’ll both have a clear picture of where the opportunities are.We

2 The Proposal and Plan

We take what we have learned and put together a clear plan. This sets out what we recommend, why, what it will cost, and what results you can reasonably expect. It’s written in plain language. If something doesn’t make sense to you, we rewrite it until it does. Once you’re happy and ready to proceed, we handle onboarding, agreements, and scheduling. We make sure everything is set up cleanly so the work can start without any loose ends.

3 Getting the Brief Right

Before any content gets written or any design work starts, we sit down and run a brief process with you. We have developed a set of questions over years of working with businesses that pull out exactly what your customers need to hear, what objections they typically have, and what will make them choose you over the competition. This brief becomes the foundation for everything: the website copy, the SEO content, the email campaigns. Good content starts with a good brief, and getting this right saves a lot of back-and-forth later.

4 Design, Development and Content Creation

With the brief in hand, the relevant specialists get to work. Our graphic design partner develops the visual direction, making sure everything looks sharp and communicates clearly to a Kiwi audience. Our web development team builds or updates the site to be fast, mobile-friendly, and structured for search engines from day one. At the same time, our content writers produce the copy, working directly from the brief so the words and the design come together as a single cohesive thing. Your dedicated CX person oversees this phase, reviewing work against the original brief before anything goes to you for feedback.

5 Your feedback and sign-off

Nothing goes live without your approval. We present the work to you with time for feedback and revisions. Your CV lead manages this process day to day, keeping communication clear and making sure nothing gets lost or delayed. Our CX team handles any questions that come in quickly, working NZ hours so you’re never waiting for an overseas office to wake up. We stay with the revisions process until you’re happy. That’s not a throwaway line. We mean it.

6 Go Live

Once everything is signed off, our development team manages the launch. For websites, this includes technical checks, speed testing, and making sure everything looks right across devices and browsers. For SEO and PPC campaigns, our partner team sets everything live and monitors closely in the first days to catch anything that needs adjusting. Your CX lead will handle the admin side, including ensuring your dashboard access is set up so you can see your results in real time from day one.

7 Reporting, Optimisation and Support

This is where a lot of agencies go quiet. We don’t. Your dashboard gives you live visibility into how your website and campaigns are performing. We checks in with you regularly to talk through what the data is showing and whether anything needs to shift. Our SEO and Ads partner monitors and optimises campaigns on an ongoing basis, staying ahead of algorithm and policy changes so your performance doesn’t drop when something changes in the market. Your dedicarted CX lead are your day-to-day contact for any questions, requests, or issues that come up.
