Our son started at Heart Of Albany ECE when he was just one, and he's been part of the family there ever since. Over the past two years he's moved through three different rooms, and honestly, each stage has been great for him and for us. One thing we really love is how the place grows with the kids. There are separate rooms for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, so the learning and care always matches where they're at. We've watched our son go through every one of those rooms, and every teaching team has been warm, patient, and genuinely kind to him. He's come such a long way — more confident, chattier, more independent, better with other kids. But the biggest thing is that he's happy. He feels safe there and actually gets excited to go each morning, which says a lot. We really do think the attention and care he's had have made a difference in how he's grown. We're so grateful to everyone at Heart Of Albany ECE for giving him such a good start. If you're looking for a caring, professional place for your little one, we'd recommend them without hesitation. In the blink of an eye, Nathan has finished his infant and preschool journey which began at Heart of Albany in Nov 2021 when he was just 6 month old. His parents and grandparents would like to take this opportunity to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to all the staffs involved in moulding him into a confident and knowledgeable toddler he is today. His amazing transformation over the past 5 years is a clear testament to your professionalism, dedication and consistent effort in the childcare business. Special thanks to teacher Anu, Michelle, Karen , Shuchita , Rinky , Sarab and many others who have played their selfless and passionate role to prepare Nathan for his new journey in primary school . Very impressed with the team at Heart of Albany. Excellent learning plans created for my little one, great space conducive for playing and exploring and a caring team who goes over and beyond. We are very pleased to see our little boy growing up to be more curious, confident and social. My son has been going to Heart of Albany and honestly we couldn’t be happier. The teachers are so warm and patient with him, you can tell they actually care. The place itself is really clean and well set up too, with great indoor and outdoor areas for the kids to play. He genuinely gets excited to go every morning, which says it all really. Five stars isn't enough! This daycare has been an absolute blessing for my daughter Yasha, during these crucial 3-to-5-year-old years. It is amazing how much she has learned, matured, and opened up to the world since starting here. She has developed wonderful friendships and a real curiosity about everything around her. The staff and teachers are phenomenal—so welcoming, energetic, and awesome at what they do. Highly recommended to any parent! Choosing this daycare center for my daughter has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Because of your awesome team, she is starting primary school with the biggest boost of confidence and a genuine love for learning. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done. Your endless patience, guidance, and encouragement have been absolutely invaluable. Because of the time and effort all three of you poured into grooming and supporting our child, she has blossomed into a confident, curious, and resilient individual. She is now more than ready for the next chapter in life. I also want to recognize all the other daily aspects of childcare that make this facility so exceptional. From the safe, stimulating learning spaces and fun activities to the warm communication and peace of mind you provide to working parents, your dedication does not go unnoticed.
