SEO is the art and science of persuading search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo, to recommend your content to their users as the best solution to their problem.

SEO brings you organic traffic, this is the most valuable traffic. When a search engine shows your content to its users in the organic part of the Search Engine Results Page.
Many users skip ads and trust organic results more highly. Being visible gives your business that all-important stamp of approval.
When the user clicks on the result and visits your site, you do not pay Google for a visit.
As there is no payment the result is not dependent on your budget.

Headings: Headings are a HTML tag that allows for content to become SEO optimised. Tags range from H1 to H6, with the lower number tags being the most important. When creating a page, you should only have one H1 tag, followed by other tags to structure the page as a whole.
Crawling: The process by which search engines discover your web pages.
Indexing: The storing and organizing of content found during crawling.
Algorithm: A complex computer program used by search engines to retrieve data and deliver results for a query.
